Put them in general population - and if they happen to have the same treatment inflicted on them as was inflicted on their victims, maybe they'll comprehend that what they did was wrong. And if they die - who cares! Good riddance to bad company.
If you happen to be one of these do-gooders who think that 'people' like this have rights then let's see if you're as forgiving if it's YOUR 6-year-old daughter that is fiddled with by some paedophile (named Mohammed?) or raped repeatedly when she's 15 by a gang who describe her as "trash".
If you still think they have 'rights', I say that you'd be the sort of person that shirks responsibility and would gladly leave it up to someone else to help the girl pick up what's left of her life and to battle through the emotional scars.

postscript: as for the pack rapist wanting a family.... sure, let him have a family but NOT at my expense. Nor is he to get any form of special medical treatment that he doesn't pay for UP FRONT while people are on extensive waiting lists in hospitals all around the country.
